Taguig City University (TCU) has officially opened the application process for transferees who wish to enroll for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026. The university encourages qualified applicants to carefully follow the steps and submit all requirements within the provided timeline.


Pre-Enrollment Timeline for Transferees


STEP 1: Online Application

  • Application period will run from April 21 to May 3, 2025.

  • Applicants must fill out the form at https://forms.gle/Nd5EMnZHEJThBBAU9 or by scanning the provided QR code. All information must be complete and accurate, as any misrepresentation may result in disqualification.



STEP 2: Document Submission

  • Submit all required documents (see list below) on May 9–10, 2025 at the TCU Registrar’s Office.


STEP 3: Posting of Qualified Applicants

  • Names of those who passed the initial document screening will be posted on May 13, 2025.


STEP 4: Interview and Medical Assessment

  • Qualified applicants will undergo an interview and medical assessment conducted by the TCU Evaluation Committee and Medical Physician on May 22–23, 2025.


STEP 5: Release of Results

  • Final results of qualified transferees will be announced on May 30, 2025.

Note: No appeal process will be entertained.


STEP 6: Enrollment Schedule

  • Successful applicants must wait for the announcement of the official enrollment schedule.




Guidelines and Qualifications for Transferee Applicants


Basic Qualification Criteria:

  • Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 1.50 or 92%, certified by the previous school.

  • Must not be a former TCU student.

  • Must have no failing grades, incomplete marks, or dropped subjects.

  • Must be an incoming second-year student only, with no more than one academic year completed prior to application and must not have been out of school for more than a year.

  • Must have been a resident of Taguig City for at least three (3) years before the application.

  • At least one parent must be a registered voter of Taguig City.

  • If the applicant is 18 years old or above, they must also be a registered voter of Taguig City.



Required Documents:

  • Official Transcript of Records (OTR) or Certificate of Grades.

  • Official Honorable Dismissal from the previous institution.

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character issued within the last six months.

  • Two (2) 2x2 ID pictures in a collared shirt with white background and name tag (e.g., Dela Cruz, Juan Tan), taken within the last six months.

  • PSA-issued Birth Certificate.

  • Medical, Dental, and Physical Exam Certificates (CBC, Urinalysis, and X-Ray) — to be submitted upon confirmation of qualification.
