Duration: 11 days (Blended Learning)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Bldg. 14, Gate 2, TESDA Complex, East Service Rd., SLEX, Taguig City

Requirements for Enrollment

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate

  • Photocopy of Previous School Record (Diploma or TOR)

  • Photocopy of Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance

  • Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID with three specimen signatures

  • Photocopy of MARINA Medical Certificate (MLC 2006 - PEME Format)

  • Photocopy of Passport and/or Seaman’s Book

  • Photocopy of Basic Training Certificate and/or BT COP

  • Two latest 1x1 ID pictures (white background, formal attire)
