Taguig City has officially named its representative for the prestigious Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant.
Katrina Llegado was announced as Miss Universe Philippines - Taguig City 2025 in a grand ceremony held at The Vault BGC on February 7, 2025.
The event marked a significant comeback for Llegado, who last competed in Miss Universe Philippines 2022.
Now, with renewed determination and experience, she is set to represent Taguig on the national stage once again.
Katrina Llegado represented the Philippines in the 2019 Reina Hispanoamericana held in Bolivi. She is the successor of former contestant Alyssa Muhlach.
The country first took home the title in 2017, when Kapuso actress Winwyn Marquez competed in the pageant.
Additionally, Llegado emerged as the winner of the swimsuit challenge for the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 pageant, further proving her strength and competitiveness in the industry.
