Capturing Post Office Branches in Taguig
Applicants can process their Postal ID application at the following locations:
1. SM Aura
Location: 7th Floor Office Tower, SM Aura, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Office Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Rush Processing: Available. ID will be ready 2 days from the day of application.
Location: Taguig City Hall Compound, 57 Gen. A. Luna St., Brgy. Tuktukan, Taguig City
Office Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Rush Processing: Available. ID will be ready 2 days from the day of application.
3. Venice Grand Canal
Location: Ground Floor, Venice Residence, McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Office Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Rush Processing: Available. ID will be ready 2 days from the day of application.
Application Process
STEP 1: Submit completely filled-out application forms with your requirements and payment to any post office. Application forms are available in all post offices or you may download it here.
STEP 2. Upon approval of your requirements, proceed to the nearest ID capture station (see full list of capture stations) where you will be digitally photographed and fingerprinted. There are almost 273 ID capture stations nationwide in designated post offices and selected malls.
STEP 3. When you complete the ID data capture process, your ID will be delivered to your mailing address.
Postal ID Delivery
Rush Processing: The ID will be ready 2 days from the application date.
Regular Processing: The ID will be delivered to your mailing address based on the timeline below:
- Metro Manila: Approximately 10 to 15 working days.
- Island provinces/remote barangays: Approximately 4 to 5 weeks.

The following fees apply to Postal ID applications nationwide:
Validity of the Improved Postal ID
Filipinos and foreign residents with Special Retiree’s Resident Visa (SRRV): Valid for 3 years.
Other foreign residents: Valid for 1 year.
