The City of Taguig has officially opened the online application for the Lifeline Assistance for Neighbors In-Need (L.A.N.I.) Scholarship Program for the first semester of the School Year 2024-2025. The application period runs from August 16, 2024, until September 7, 2024.
The L.A.N.I. Scholarship Program is designed to provide financial assistance to deserving students from Taguig and the "Embo" areas. The scholarship is available to students who meet the following basic qualifications:
1. The applicant must already be enrolled in a school or university.
2. If the applicant is 18 years old or older, they must be an active voter of Taguig or a voter in the "Embo" area where they reside.
3. At least one parent of the applicant must be an active voter of Taguig or a voter in the "Embo" barangay where the family resides.
4. The family must have been residents of Taguig or the "Embo" barangay for at least three years.
5. The applicant must be of good moral character, both on paper and in actual behavior.
Students interested in applying can access the application form by visiting this link or scanning the provided QR code. Applicants are encouraged to fill out the form carefully, completely, and truthfully. Once the form is submitted, applicants will receive a confirmation email.
After the online application process, successful applicants will be notified when to submit their complete requirements.
