The application period for the Government Internship Program (GIP) is now officially open, offering 222 available slots for eligible applicants. This program provides a unique opportunity for young individuals to gain valuable experience in public service while contributing to the community.
GIP Program Guidelines
Eligibility:
- Must be between 18 to 30 years old.
- Must be at least a Senior High School Graduate or have an equivalent level under the Alternative Learning System or be a Technical-Vocational Graduate.
- Must have no prior work experience.
- Individuals up to 35 years old who have been severely affected by disasters or calamities, whether natural (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) or man-made, may also be considered for the program.
Requirements:
- For college students: Transcript of Records (TOR).
- For Senior High School graduates: Form 137/Form 138.
- For Tech-Voc graduates: Diploma or Certificate of Graduation.
- Certification from the school/institution or any equivalent document/proof.
- One 1x1 photo.
Accepted IDs:
- Driver's License
- UMID
- SSS ID
- National ID (temporary National IDs are not accepted)
- Voter's ID
- Voter's Certificate (must be dated 2024)
- Police Clearance ID
- Passport
- Postal ID
- PhilHealth ID
Note: Barangay ID, Temporary National ID, Pag-Ibig Loyalty Card, and TIN ID are not accepted.

Application Deadline
Applicants are urged to carefully review the requirements and submit their applications by the deadline on August 15, 2024. The application forms will be closed once all slots are filled.
