Applications for the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program is now open, offering vital support and employment opportunities to qualified residents.


TUPAD Program

The TUPAD program, designed to provide temporary employment to displaced workers, is currently offering 3,000 available slots. Below are the guidelines for eligibility and the requirements for applying:


Eligibility

  • Applicants must be between 21 and 65 years old.
  • Applicants aged 60-65 must provide a medical certification indicating their fitness to work.


Not Eligible

  • Individuals who have been employed under any Cash for Work program this year.
  • Those who have participated in the TUPAD program in 2024, regardless of the implementer.
  • 4P's beneficiaries.
  • Students, barangay staff (or relatives of barangay staff), and barangay volunteers.

  • 1 valid ID (refer to the list below for accepted IDs)
  • 1 photocopy of the valid ID
  • Medical certification for applicants aged 60-65
  • 1 piece of 1x1 photo

Note: Barangay ID, Temporary National ID, Pag-Ibig Loyalty Card, and TIN ID are not accepted.
