Application Requirements

To complete the ALS Passers Online Admission Application, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • ALS Certification: Provide the ALS Certification issued by the Department of Education (DepEd) as proof of completion of the ALS program.

  • ALS Certificate of Rating: Include the ALS Certificate of Rating, indicating the applicant's performance in the ALS examinations.

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character: Obtain a Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous educational institution, affirming the applicant's positive conduct and behavior.
