Oldest mall in Taguig.
Sunshine Plaza Mall
Sunshine Mall (also known as Sunshine Plaza Mall) is considered the first shopping mall in Taguig.
Opened in the 90's (exact year needed to be confirmed), the mall was erected in FTI complex, a Filipino government-owned and controlled corporation focused on food processing and distribution.
Sunshine Plaza Mall's main tenants are Jollibee, Chowking, Merriam Webster Bookstore, Tropical Hut, Tropical Hut Food Mart, FC Home Center.
Currently, only the mall's ground and second level are open for public while the 3rd and 4th level is occupied by APMC Arca South office and ACLC Computer College.
Sunshine Mall Today
As of writing, Sunshine Mall is now one of the commercial centers in Arca South, a portion of FTI complex sold to Ayala Land.
